i was kept aware of my order and its expected delivery time in a very timely manner. The shipment was delayed due to some issues beyond any one’s control, and Dr Mower offered a chance to cancel and get a refund, or wait, which I very much appreciated. I decided to wait ( I needed the part! ), and it arrived without too much delay. All good!

Indeed. Super customer service, courteous, prompt and efficient. I will not hesitate to do business with them again, if need be!

I looked everywhere for the part I needed for my mower. I found it at Dr Mower, received it in a timely manner and am very happy!
